A Yin Class is Soft and Gentle, and suitable

for those who want to improve their

flexibility, and Calm their Minds


A Yang Class is Physical and Hot, and

suitable for those who want a physical Challenge


Both complete Beginner Classes

What will you need?


A space where you can sit on the floor,

stand up and put your arms and legs out

to the sides

Bare feet

Wear something comfortable and stretchy

Have a drink of water to hand and maybe

a small towel

  If you're trying the Yin class, grab a

few cushions from your sofa
